oh, I see so that is what it means of star trial trololo.

so my 1st quest is 3 star and so far 2nd quest is 1 star.. so I need 1 more to get the archer. Well thanks alot for that info, now I know how to do this event : v

Crap you are right. Archer joins after 5 stars, not 1 as I wrote above. God not every info I wrote above was crap...

ps. I already ate 7 Maribelle to make her +3/-3 (last 3 times with no changes). +3/-3 is pretty awesome but I want +4/-4 to be perfectly happy. From 60/6 map I've got 7 copies with 14 runs (+1 copy from 4th map 100% drop).

@Cruzz, I like to check events via aegis wiki + google chrome (translator works good enough to understand most of it).

Be aware that Maribelle max cost reduction is -4 so it is quite hard to get her there. Her skill is actually more important than her cost, aim for skill lvl 4 and she will be strong.

TieSKey, you mean this information is wrong? That is same chance as getting skill 4/5, I am not going to try 5/5 but -4 cost seems possible for me.

Nope, not saying anything is wrong, but 25% is harder than it seems. Anyway, I was just saying that skill is more important than cost for Maribelle.

Did 7 trips to Armoured Battleline II, and the results:
6 Maribelle
1 Lean <-Now I can awaken Jelius.
1 Ruby

Fed all of the Maribelle copies to my main one (4/5 Skill; -2 Cost), which raised her skill to 5/5. I was hoping for at least 1-2 more cost reductions, so I'm going to try and farm 3 more copies to raise her to lvl 56, so she's ready for platinum armours. Personally, I think Maribelle needs to be max cost-reduced to offset the cost increase from her awakening (she doesn't gain much defence to make up for the extra 2 cost from it).


Tentative opinions in the Japanese community is that Aisya is the second strongest black unit after Iris:

Wow you didn't have Maribelle? I'm surprised. I was considering getting a second Maribelle, AW one and leave the other un AWd for shits and giggles, drop rate for them seems high. If I couldn't get the 2nd one near max cost reduction and high skill though it's be kind of pointless. If there's a unit that'd be perfect for that though it'd be Maribelle.

I had Maribelle ever since the first event (I got the 100% guaranteed copy through sheer luck with Lilia catching the blue armour* out of the sea of black armours). I raised her to level 53 when they did her first revival event (skill 4/5, cost -2). I just got her to skill 5/5 from this 2nd revival event.

*the blue armour is supposed to be Maribelle according to the story. Belinda/Chloris/Drania were also enemy units during their respective events. It was only until the Odette event that they finally started using the modified versions of the characters' sprites for the enemy versions.

A good move by their part, it made events a lot more fun to see the actual girls attacking us. What ever would we do without troll Carry?

So just looking for a bit of advice on what I should do next.

I've managed to CC a few Silver Units now: a Mage, Witch, Archer, and Healer. Haven't raised any of them to 50 yet, not sure if that should be a focus over CCing more units.

At the moment trying to CC Katie as she sees a lot of use due to her Reinforcement II. Going to CC Rean (Silver HA) afterwards.

Nah you don't need to get them to 50 immediately after CC, just like 30ish. After that the stats they gain per level isn't worth the exp cost (Till the rest of your team is stronger anyways). Most silvers are early bloomers, meaning after 50/20-30 or so they gain less stats per level up as well on top of the increased exp cost.

Sounds good. CC'd Katie will be used on pretty much every map to secure early bonus sortie and Rean is needed to tank some boss mobs. After that you might wanna work on Mischa the valk and then your team will be pretty solid. Then you can CC more of your ranged types, having 3 healers and 2 of all the other ranged types will be extremely helpful.

+2 cost after AW!?!?!?!?!? thats horrible.... I think she goes down to the bottom of the aw queue (and I like her original art :p)

Anyway u made me want to farm her for that final 5/5 skill -.-

Just like Fruit said, stopping around 20~30 after getting them class changed is the best idea. At that point, those resources can be used to get other units closer to 50 and be ready for a class change sooner. I was going to suggest another healer or two, but Fruit already suggested that after I refreshed.

Speaking of class changing, I've been working on Khuri, Nenya, and Mehlis. Those three will definitely be class changed by the end of this week. Mischa, and maybe Maribelle, as well if there's no other events stopping me from farming more fairies. The past month has been slowing me down so much because of the events and I'm happy to see that I can get a group of units class changed soon.

Well she gets +1 block as well. 4 block is pretty nuts. For a normal HA that's not a bad sacrifice, for Maribelle it's a little riskier since her base stats are a bit low, she becomes even more specialized. Right now we haven't had an event where AW HA's are needed, but they may come eventually.

Maribelle's AW ability is a gamble (Chance on hit to avoid all damage) so I don't know how I feel about it. I wish she just gained defense passively instead or something, 10% isn't reliable. Right now I'd like to AW a different HA first but I really have no good options. Berenice with no cost reduction is meh, I really probably should work on her though as I know relying on Maribelle as my main tank will be a problem in future clear events. Too bad we rarely get HA's from events.

Might as well work on that now since I'm lacking the archers needed to AW Spica.

Yeah, I knew about the 4 block but though the cost increase was only 1.
I think her aw ability is not bad since her weak point is dealing with a lot of medium dmg units at the same time (for a single high dmg enemy less defense won't make a big diff and multiple high dmg is hard for any unit so its not really a weak point). So, more hits, more chances for skill to proc. Anyway a 10% is kind of low, 20% would be sweet or maybe 30% of blocking 50% dmg.

Edit: Holy shit, today is my day! Got a second copy (counting only this weekend, of course) and my cute Maribelle is now -4 5/5. Since I was a complete noob during the first event (only 3 stared the 1st map) I can't complain at all with a maxed unit after this revival.

when I click on the daily challenge button, theres no quests listed

did they block this for some reason?

The current daily quests for the weekend is the Maribelle revival event, but it's "exclusive" to the all-ages version. You'll have to play from the all-ages version to access the daily missions available today. Check through the last couple of pages in this thread for more information.
