It's not about healing power. It's about how many units she can heal, on top of the attack speed she gains from her skill. It works so well in this event because the more your damage dealer attacks, the frequency of the damage they will incur from the reflect. She also pairs up nicely with Marle, since Marle can also heal everyone in her range with her skill active so both can rotate their skills and everyone is always going to get a heal.
You can heal one unit for 1k+ healing, but Saria is going to heal 3~5 people for ~700-800 each. Someone is going to die if you have a bunch of units attacking without pause if you are only using a single-target healer.
I forgot about this part:
A dancer boosts their output tremendously. Making them far better than single-target healers when a dancer's buff is active and there are multiple units in need of heals constantly. Marnie on the third use of her Skill AW is going to boost their healing power by 579 if she has Uzume and Kikyou buffing her attack with passives.
Uzume, Kikyou, Marnie, Saria, and Marle is OP. Saria will peak at 1,394 healing power and Marle will peak at 1,039 healing power. Saria has a range of 275, which covers a good portion of the map, while Marle has 305 range with her skill, which is quite significant. Single-target heals look silly to use for this event at this point.
