You have the right idea. Whether it's useful depends on if you want subsequent reinforcement points so you can deploy your way better characters (i.e. Anya) instead of having Liselotte function as a cheaper, yet weaker version of Maribelle.
The description is the same as the last conferences, just the details for the present or contents of the broadcast are a mystery. I'm figuring that Fee, Lisette, and probably Cafe Anya* are likely to be the presents for it. *I meant Anna, but now that I think about it, I want to see Anya in a maid uniform; I think it would look good on her.

If you could watch the previous broadcasts without a premium account, then yes. However, they will kick you from the room occasionally to cut down on server load, which was what happened last time I tried to watch a live broadcast of some guy attempting to complete Royal Castle Recapture with a brand new account with just 10k points of SC (150) in one sitting.

There's been an issue with Himeuta's code where it will completely destroy posts with special characters, and the programmers haven't made any effort to fix it due to fears of them making the situation worse. So I need to post this information elsewhere.
I don't know if pastebin is a good choice, since the raw bbcode would make it hard to scroll through unless you 'ctrl+f' the Japanese name for the Japanese title of the AW class or the name of the character, or use the same translated name as I do.

The last conference gave a free serial code for Gold Pirate Monica, and viewers with a nico premium account received a unique serial code that gave them both Sapphire Chrono Witch Lisette and Sapphire Puppet Manipulator Fee. The rest of the presents were sent directly to player's present boxes upon login.

You can create a free forum (phpbb.net) for example, close user registration and then distribute a permalink to a post containing your data.
There are a lot of bbcode to html converters but finding one with support for spoliers will be hard as that involves creating divs and js to hide/show them.
Installing a wordpress and some plugin to a free web hosting is a no brainer, if u know that plugin handles spoilers I can give u a hand with that.
I tried registering for phpbb.net, and successfully added spoiler tag support, though I need to add support for 'size' so that it is the same as this board and Himeuta (size '4' is minuscule, since it wants digits above '100' for text to be larger than normal).
Also, it seems there are some issues where if I preview the full post for the melee units, it generates an error that states 'Your post is violating our terms of service. This incident will be reported'. I don't get this for the ranged ones, so I had no idea what was in the melee unit post that violated their terms. The melee post is over 35,000 characters long, and the range post is over 25,000 characters. After much trial and error, it seems the two skills for Hikage were responsible:

The specific word that causes it is 'Butterfly'. If I shorten it to 'butt', then I also get the error. The words 'arse' and 'ass' are completely fine. What the hell?

OK, item trial event for a character they're unlikely to make better than Super Psycho Lez Thetis and Clissa Da! I wonder what they're going to do to make people spend 30-40 SC to max her out.
Lesia is an Old German name that means noble, or exalted.
I'm up to 183 SC, so if they don't give her some highly useful utility function or skill, then I'm going to pull what I did with Eterna, but worse (I want to save my SC so I can spend 150 on an anniversary map that drops plat fairies and spirit queens like the one from last year).
Really disappointed they're not doing an item trial for a black rarity class or character design that I would want; I need someone to feed black fairies, and LV30 Eterna is my only option in case it gets really bad, but I already have way too many mages (Mehlis and Odette) and bishops (Noel and Patra)... (Space: 227/240; 250/250; 237/250; 86/100).
Black Valkyrie eh. I used Carry quite frequent before change it to Isabelle. If this Black is good, I will switch her in ! If her ability is something to do with AOE attack, would be better

Unfortunately I also Had trouble with making spoilers and all working. On the other hand Tieskey suggestion is much much better. I have no idea why it hates butterfly word.
I am playing Tree of Savior already and a restate ago it was banning my messages because I wrote "jestem smutna" (I am sad) and game hated that last word.
