Yes, you would use less SC simply farming story mission and 30CC'ing silvers to be AW food. On the other hand: now remember to skill AW her, she is trully awesome then
They need to buff Hina's AW skill a little more in my opinion. At the very least, reduce its WT and CT by 5 or more. Either that, or buff Hina's ability so that it has a 30% chance of delivering true damage (they can also buff Clissa Da! and let her have a 50% chance).
I think her skill is good enough given it works with any number of enemies while Saki's only reaches that dps when constantly feed with 3 enemies in range.
Otoh 2-shot can waste a lot of dmg from overkill if not used correctly...

While I have no real reason to expect this, I'm still going to be disappointed if Decius doesn't find Nanaly's grave in the second phase. Actually, if this game gets an anime adaption, they totally should make the tokuten character Nanaly's identical little sisters, who are all called Minily, and each two-episode dvd will have a serial code for a Minily. They look exactly like Nanaly, but mini-mini size. Every time there's a battle, a Minily dies until eventually Nanaly herself bites the dust kind of like how all of the king's men that join the hero in the movie,

Honestly, mathematically I should only need 12 or so for revival to get to min cost and 10/10. The rest will be burned in the black Valkyrie event. That said, I haven't factored in my latest stam upper limit increase, and I also haven't worked it out on paper, so I may be exaggerating the number of crystals I'll be blowing through. Which I'll be happy for, because Aneria has been one of my most sought after PS units for a while.
Edit: In other good news, I finally looked through all the gold units sitting in my 2nd/3rd barracks, picked out a good bunch of clones, decided that since I have plat/event/black units that do their job, I probably won't get around to actually using them to need CR/SU'ing, and sold them off to finally grab Cynthia. Huzzah!

No, it was buffed, but no one knew the actual number back then. It never was buffed to 90%; Japanese players were surprised that her ability is added on top of her skill, since the description implied differently; it's just the attack speed decrease that doesn't carry over to her skill.
