For the content in the current release, you will be able to get the last three girls, Maria, Helena and Erica to have their first three events with the Bishop. Helena and Erica are a little special, as in that Erica can only be triggered once Helena has gotten her first three events, so first turn her into Bishops little pet, before you can further Erica's scenes.

Is all the H content game over content?

I may have come across a bug; in the second level, I triggered the skeletons spawning in the forest by walking into it, then triggered that spawn again by moving a different character to the left in the forest. I can see that it might be intentional to force you to go through the level normally.

Also, the transition effect on the main menu blacks out the entire main menu, including the UI, which is kind of dumb.
