Nah, I'm pretty sure you're wrong. In his latest post Akabur states that he's done a play-through, followed by fixing the bugs he's encountered. He's gonna do another play-through & put in the sound, and, I'm guessing fixing some more bugs. After which Xalijo and DAHR get to beta-test as well. There's also some beta-reading to be done.

If that is true, and there's no reason for Akabur to lie about this considering he could still simply be saying "it'll be done when it's done", then Princess Trainer: Gold Edition should be out in March at the latest.

So there has been zero news from Akabur so hopefully it means good things are happening. Hopefully.

Anyways, I wanted to ask how everyone plans to play the game.

1. Play it only when you need to *ahem release stress

2. Every minute of every day until you get sick of it

im definately gonna play it straight throu when its released. i can always go back later when i wanna "ahem, release stress".

i'm probably just going to play it.. and then forget about it, it's a fun game ( for few hrs) but it's not like... the best and long game of the world.
You guys are victim of the infamous hype disease, even the haters of akabur are mad at him just because they want to play the game so badly picturing it as the best game ever. Pretty much like when u see trailers of an AAA game 2 years before... and ur imagination start to fly... but when u get the game it last few hrs because don't meet ur expectations even if the game is fairly good.

hmmm, well i dont think theres been any downtroddn on akabur fora few posts now and i know there aint been mention of any hype, not on this page atleast. if yer just trollin ill just ignore the rest of yer posts :p.

So...this is my second post on this thread (feel free to search for the other one) , i post ONE opinion on the whole "akabur thing" and... i'm a troll.

Greetings people.
I read the 2 sides of this thread (funs and haters).
I admit i had some good release stress moments....(and in near future):rolleyes:
Strangely, this game has everything take place, in 1 room.Not a deep or complex story.
Akabur has surely talent at drawing!Also i found his story progressive nicely.
Just sharing some thoughts, that put me in the middle.

Double for Patreon update : major headache, new stream for a "drunk Lola chibi", he and Smersh gonna watch some handball game and yell at their TV like tards (he said it), he's been adding sound/music for PT:G and the game is over 600MB so far.

That sounds like a lot, but it depends, of course, what that content consists of. The original Princess Trainer consisted for a large part out of sound and music files (which, BTW, he did not create himself but just included without paying the owners royalties), and he has been adding more music now.

We'll have to see. In three days it is 14 months since he last released something, meaning that he had 14 months in which he did not have to do anything else but working on the game. It should be amazing.

Akabur just posted this today:
"I just send first ever "PT:GOLD" final build to both Dahr and Xaljio for the first round of testing. It's still missing music at one of the quest events and some minor drawings are missing (Dahr is working on those), also about half of the text is not proofread yet (Lyk is working on that). But it is a completely finished build nonetheless. All the features, galleries, music rooms and all other crap is there. Can't wait to see what the guys will think of it. First time I'm showing it to everyone in longer then a year :)"
