The girl continues to her north, and runs into the end of the greenhouse. There are many of the same plants here that are south of her now, making her more than a little uneasy. There is a door to her East that appears to enter another small greenhouse, though she cannot be sure.

Alexis moves pottery around, hoping desperately now, to find something worth using. She picks up a bag of fertilizer when to her horror, she sees another vine. She sees it moving, but it appears to have not notices her yet. She slowly backs away and sets the bag down at her feet.

Alexis slowly backs away, eyes locked on the area where she saw the vine. She reaches the door and backs right into a vine that has moved across the door. It wraps around her torso, pinning both her arms awkwardly to her sides, and pushes her bat painfully against her chest.

"Not again," Alexis groans as the vine wraps around her ankle. With her ability to move rapidly fading, Alexis redoubles her efforts to get free, though this time she focuses on simply wriggling an arm out of the vine's hold. If she could just get one hand free, it would be easier to remove the other vines.

Alexis uses the little leverages she has to pry the bat against the vine holding her arms tight, hoping to get enough room to slip an arm free. She focuses on this, but quickly feels another vine shoot out of the ground and wrap around her other ankle, locking this one in place as well. Alexis grunts as her back hits the door. "Not good, notgoodnotgoodnotgood," she repeats frantically, still twisting and turning as much as she is able, struggling against the vines. She pulls on the vines around her ankles with her legs, and pushes against the one around her chest, desperate to gain some form of freedom.

Alexis is finally able to pry the upper vine away from her body long enough to free her right arm from the vine. She drops it downward, under the vine, allowing limited movement. She is still bound very effectively, but she feels a glimmer of hope.

A wave of panic washes over Alexis as she realizes just how vulnerable she is. This thing has her completely bound, and if its anything like the slime, she knew what it wanted to do with her. She whimpers a bit as the vine tugs on her arm, and she frantically pulls back on it.

A vine shoots violently out from between her feet upward at her. She shifts as much as she can in her bindings, and the vine catches her miniskirt, ripping it in two as it flutters to the ground below her.
