Edit* and of course like 5 minutes after writing this i guess i banged the right person cause now i'm on the second floor of the hospital. Only other thing I can think of I guess is try and see if making a delivery from the little girl in the left side of town to the little girl that runs around the house in the middle of town helps. That was also something I did.

If I'm remembering correctly, after you complete the first floor you have a dream about a young boy with a specific name who was sick in the hospital. Then you go find a small girl who is also sick in one of the houses in town and find out more about him.

could someone link the English side of the game i google and nothing came up i went to dlsite and put the circles name nothing came up then i put the name of the game still nothing then i i chopped it up a but to see if i would get anything i got nothing from that so im at the mercy now of you guys

Not every game is on english DLsite. And if you're hoping that it's translated because it's on english DLsite, then please go to the back of the line.
