OKay ive double checked, triple checked, and 4 time checked that this Data is the correct one. This should translate it.
The Time Stamp of the Partial says 07-16 on some files and the
original one says 07-15.

Is it in the port? Should be 2nd area that you get too. I fixed that issue by replacing it. But, the password npc is just north of where you need to input it.
