There have been some irl tentacle porn videos where they used like animatronics and shit to move the tentacles. IIRC they weren't all that great - it was basically just a dressed up piston that moved in and out, with some other (non-animated, basically used for bondage) tentacles tied around her n shit for appearances.

So yeah, either a dream sequence like someone said, or maybe if you want to get derpy you could have an inexplicably-rich-pervert have a hilariously overdeveloped, custom-made robo-tentacle sex toy or something, probably sheathed in whatever is flexible and appropriate for such a sex toy. Elsewise, you're stuck with stuff like 'oh the character text-fucks someone and they do a tentacle scene' or 'the character plays Jungle Girl' or someshit.
