If the upgrade in gameplay is as good as it was between their first two games, we're going to see a MGQ-level game this time. Sadly, I bet it will be another "meh gameplay with good art" level game.

As with more or less all of this circle's games, it has potential but I doubt the author will ever fully explore it.

Scenes in the demo included:
1. ROL
2. ROL if you have the nun with you
3. game over? for running out of moral
4. a quick image when you run into thief boss if you've taken the quest from the village

As usual there's almost no explanation on how to play at all.

Me too. Every time I open the demo, it pops up with an MS Gothic error (somehow with weird random chinese character gibberish), and then after a few seconds closes with an error. At the very least, I know MS Gothic is installed, abet it's version 2.30.

To anyone having MS Gothic font issues, there is a problem with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 (newer versions of the font) and the way it is installed in English versions of the OS. I had this issue with WolfRPG engine games for a bit. Rundown is, Japanese games expect the MS Gothic font to respond to requests for 'MSゴシック', but in non-Japanese versions of Windows the font is labeled as 'MS Gothic' and does not behave as such.

I grabbed all the Japanese fonts from a Windows 7 machine I had about and after some fighting with restarts and other things I can't recall, one day I tried to run Soul of Knights and it auto-magically worked.

he means it on the english dlsite.com not that there is an english version

According to the english DLsite page it is, in fact, a translated english version.

Anyway, how do you save your progress (save game)? I mean, if there are any.
Also, the game 'system' during dungeon exploration seems to white out. Was it intended?

It happened to me in the demo version as well, but not in mizore102's version. It might fix it for you as well.

Any saves for this game? The gameplay is pretty meh so I dont wanna force myself to play to get the scenes.
