Yes.

I got everything I could find, perhaps beating the bosses repeatedly would unlock more backgrounds for the pictures, but I couldn't be bothered.

It has most of it anyway.

ok this is starting to get on my nerves... I've been doing this for a while so I know I got japlocal and its on. I DL this and extract using but no matter what I do it still says the BGM thing is messed up. could someone please upload their extracted folders or something. I really don't understand but I want to play.

The background has to be bought from the casino (left building), however the chips can't be taken outside so you better be ready to go for it in one go.

My suggestion is to trade 100 chips (I think that's the amount for 1 bg) then bet it all, if you win do the high-low a few times then buy as many bgs as you can then go out, save, then come back for anymore you wanna go for.

Trying to reupload to mediafire but the Graphics file doesn't want to go...Hmmm.

I'll figure it out after work unless someone beats me to it ^^.

I am looking forward to trying to play this on my other laptop. I had trouble with vista and want to try 7, this game would just crash when I tried to install

YES, I have jap region settings and all RPG makers and all the RTPs too. Some other people have reported the same thing as I have

What is different about this game? I mean I can open and play almost any other RPG maker games but the ones with this "frozen ice cube" install icon just fail.

If you have 7-zip installed then try right-clicking on the installer and choose "Extract Here". The RPG maker installers often use zip internally, and if 7-zip finds that internal archive then it can open it.

Wow 7zip extract here worked like magic...

I now NEED THIS GAME TO BE UPLOADED I used 7zip on another file just like this one so I'm sure it will work on this one too.
I wish my other laptop wasn't down I've got 2.0 on it.

WELL I got tired of waiting and decided to work on my big laptop. Apparently riding motorcycles is somethings laptops should refrian from cause I found several little supports? idk what they are, small little metal brackets that were loose inside and I think they caused it to short and not even start up BUT its up and running again so I uploaded it

PLEASE someone else upload this again I'm on a free acct and it may not last very long

DAMNIT ALL TO HELL... it says somethings wrong with BGM but I know I'm in jap region settings.

Looks to me like its telling you you are missing a sound file. I'll see if I can find it.

So it's likely that anyone who uses my DL link will need to get that one too. but like I said someone with a file-sharing acct needs to reup my link because mine is just free and likely to die.


Wait a second... I still get an error at the game over screen saying its missing another sound. ALSO is it suppose to start in an enclosed green area with a blob blocking the entrance? I go to the blob and fight and it just one shots me. the only keys I can use are zx and arrow movement no menu or save or anything??? I didn't see any other posts like that... please halp meh!

From the looks of your screenshot, you're not running the game through applocale. When it needs a Japanese-named file, it can't find it, since what it's looking for is just rubbish text.

To fix your problem, either run the game through applocale, or change your regional settings to Japanese. You may need to unzip the files again, once you've changed things. But, maybe the files are already good.

Edit: Oh, I've just taken another look at your screenshot. The filesnames are messed up. The game can't find the proper sounds (and other things) because your system has renamed them. You'll have to sort that out -- probably by changing your regional settings.

do you see that calendar? do you see the funky symbols where Sun,Mon,tue should be? that is Jap region settings and that's why I clicked it up so people wouldn't tell me to do that...

this aint my first rodeo... this is the ONLY game on this board over a couple of years I CANT get to work. I can play ANY other RPG game.
