Anyway, just downloaded the trial so haven't played it yet, but here's controls (translate some bits via google translator):
Universal
Movement - Directional keys
Cancel - X
Confirm - Z
Text skip - W
Equipment screen
Open/close skill window of equipment - A
Change character - R
Field:
Z to investigate
Shift to walk
Q + directions - Switch items on quick slot
Q + Z - Use item on quick slot
Combat
Direction keys for choosing options
Z confirm
X cancel/delay turn
Q to run away
Status effect:
Lactating - Reduce your 'MP' gain by half
Futa - I guess it's the same as mushroom from Hikaru Senki, if you keep taking hits it'll eventually explode for massive damage
Cum inside - Not quite sure, slow your action speed?
Peeing - reuced attack power
Egged - reduce your speed (the speed where your bar fill)
Cloth destroyed - greatly reduce defense
Lewd dream (Hallucinating's probably better?) - constantly take damage (i.e. poison)

The box at top will have [number], which is attack multiplier (higher = stronger attack), some may have other [something] which is other attack property (like Monica's 2nd weapon 60 attack, which have drain-life)
