Trying to imagine herself in various outfits, she found the first outfit exactly as she imagined, though she couldn't increase her bust size by more than about half an inch.

Trying on her second outfit felt somewhat heavy, though she would be armored, the sword she imagined was replaced with the spear she had found, although in a bit nicer looking a condition, apparently she would need an actual sword.

The approximate bounds seemed clear enough. Just about anything could be done, but she couldn't change herself significantly, and she couldn't use any really modern substances.

After a bit of thought, she ditched the idea of plate-style armor. Even if she could walk, she somehow suspected that most things she faced wouldn't be trying to kill her. Her outfit should be trying to prevent terrible, inhuman rape, not stop swords. She vividly remembered the slime dissolving her clothing like it was nothing. What could stand against that? Not much, she had to admit, if one couldn't get the sort of things that only modern technology could provide.

The thought came to her of the sort of iron chastity belt that nobody had ever really worn, but try as she might she couldn't figure out how to make one such that it couldn't just be tugged off, not without massively restricting her range of motion. That was a pity, because she had finally realized that ceramics would at least probably be immune to the slime-thing.

In the end she went for a pair of form-fitting blue jeans with a thick leather belt, and a vivid green but fairly plain green shirt. Then she revised her mindset slightly and turned the jeans a grey that was very nearly black, and darkened her shirt until it was the sort of green that fades into shadows. She also did her hair up in a sensible pony tail, and tanned her body slightly, a luxury she didn't have in the real world, where she would burn through an inch of cream. As a last thought, and with a slight blush, she returned her bust to its original size. As a final thought she gave herself a black bra and panties.

She examined the outfit. Not exactly the most stylish thing in the world, but it would blend into shadows a hell of a lot better then the white one she had appeared in, and it was a bit more durable as well, hopefully.

Ashley felt a tiny bit of admiration for a game that could provide this level of detail, but ruthlessly suppressed it with the vivid memory of the slime. She also refused to examine the reason why she spent so long trying out outfits when what she ended up with was pretty much normal clothing, just colored to blend into shadows better then pure black. Neither of the obvious reasons - fear of returning or a deep love of fashion - were things she wanted to think about herself.

That seemed odd, but then apparently her levels of fatigue were being caused by the game so it could apply whatever tools it wanted to ease it. She also remembered that it had been hours since she entered the game, not the minutes it felt when she tried to ignore the slime.
