Ava swings her club several times into the chain, Eventually causing it to break. The spiderbot apparently had a great deal of tension in the chain, because after it snaps it flies backward into the body of the bot, whipping over some of the more sensitive equipment. The spiderbot's moments begin to be significantly more erratic.

Seeing her opportunity to finish the robot off, Ava takes a gamble and moves forward to bring her club down on the robot, hoping to destroy it once and for all.

Ava lands a significant blow on the top of the robot. The robot sputters for a moment or two, trying to retreat before the lights go out and it falls limp to the floor.

Once again, Ava approached the defeated robot and began her "ritual" search of the defeated enemy's "body", to see if there was anything useful at all on it, despite her doubts...

Searching the robot, she finds some wire and a sharp piece of metal. After afew minutes of tinkering, she is able to create a crude axe tip on her club. it sure looks menacing, but will it work? Satisfied with her work, she slumps over in a corner and falls asleep. After about 20 minutes, she wakes up and feels much better. Standing and stretching, she decides to continue.

Thinking this, Ava heads south, hoping to find the stairs for this place as soon as possible...

Ava makes her way down the corridor, ready to pounce on any enemy she might come across. After a few moments, she pauses to take in her surroundings. The hallway continues the the south, and with the exception of a couple boxes, is completely devoid of anything interesting to look at.

A tad disappointed in regards to what she found, the white haired girl began muttering to herself for a short bit.

"...Empty hallway...dim lighting...same old same old...wait boxes?"

Deciding that it might be worthwhile to search the boxes, Ava approached the closest one and opens it, checking to see if anything of use might be inside...

Ava cracks open a couple of crates to find old robotic parts. She picks up a technical manual from one of the boxes and reads through it. While most of the booklet was clearly written for someone with an engineering background, she did discover that the robots are programed to attack in a specific way.

"Subjugate and rape?...Heh, so that's how they work...Heck as if I'll allow one of these things to rape me ever again..."

Apparently satisfied and confident, Ava began her journey once again, heading down the hallway once more.

Ava travels southward until she comes across the end of the corridor. There is a hatchway to both the east and west. She hears the now familiar sound of robotic machinery coming from behind her. turning, she sees a sputtering, smoking spiderbot. It appears to have already been severely damaged.

Oh great... not another one...

Deciding that leaving the robot to explode by itself later was the better part of valor,Ava attempts to quickly move towards her destination, the southwest without entering another fight...

Fumbling with the hatch door, she fears that the damaged spiderbot will get a pot shot in but she is able to successfully get through and close the hatch behind her. When she stands up and looks around, she is happy to see that she is in the second stairwell! Seeing that the lower door is locked drowns her spirits. Then she sees two spiderbots walking down the stairs right at her. Much like the last stairwell, she is locked with no hope for escape.

"No choice huh?... Fine, I'll smash the lot of you into pieces!

Letting out a savage cry as she readied her axe, she assumed an improvised counterattack stance, waiting for the robots to make the first move.

The first robot approached Ava, leaving the second to hand back. The second one began to circle around Ava. The first robot fires a rubber slug at Ava, hitting her right in the shoulder. She shakes off her hit, all the while keeping an eye on the circling spiderbot.

Gritting her teeth as she shook off the pain of the slug hitting her shoulder, Ava resisted the temptation to ruin her counterattack stance by charging at the robot that fired the slug. This time however, she was on watch not only for the robot circling her, but the one that was staying a distance away as well...

Again robot A, the closer one, fires a rubber slug at her. This time, however, Ava is able to use her axe like a baseball bat, launching the rubber slug back at the robot, knocking off a few pieces. The second, further, robot now begins to also close in on Ava.

"Take that!"

Smacking the rubber slug back at the robot, Ava watches as pieces of the machine fly off from the impact, happy that she did some damage on one of them. Then, turning her attention to the robot coming closer to her, she then attempts to bring her axe down upon it, hoping to deal some damage to this one as well...

Ava quickly swings her new axe in it's first combat. Landing hard on the second robot, she hacks one of it's multiple legs off. The spiderbot begins to leak oil badly, getting it all over the floor as well as some on Ava's feet and jeans.

After seeing how effective her previous attack had been, Ava took another swing at the robot near her, careful to be on watch for any attacks from the first robot as she did so.
