Description
La Vitalis: Immortal Loss is the new game from B-Flat, the developer of The Agnietta: Healer and Cursed Dungeon, with art once again by 100Wang. This time it's a side-scrolling adventure game in which you play as a young but gifted plague-doctor, sent to the city to purge the infestation of monstrous creatures.

Has many features returning from The Agnietta - enemies will latch on to her, inhibiting movement and combat, and can only be expelled by using a certain item - which is replenished each time you visit a "Heart Lamp". She can lose her virginity and become pregnant depending on the enemy. Progressing through the game means navigating the maps and fighting enemies along the way.

0.01 Beta has 2 enemy types, each of which have a couple different "grabs" - and one (primarily) CG scene in the opening.

I'm excited to see where B-Flat takes this one, looks like it'll be similar to The Agnietta. I do hope he tightens up the platforming controls though, it definitely had that unpolished platformer feel
 
I can't believe we're getting a bugsex game about Suisei from Hololive (but with bigger boobs)

There's already impregnation in a v0.01 build. Wonder where the rest will go. Platforming and movement are a bit stiff, but I'm sure that'll get polished along the way.

Also unlike the Agnietta, the main protag appears to have stats, so there'll probably be a stat improvement system using "souls" (or semen, if it's like the first game) later on.

I hope the next update will have a masturbation mode, when masturbating the enemy will have sex with the main character without attacking. In addition, it will be better with the birth feature, the baby after birth and after a period of breastfeeding. will become a flying monster and attack its mother

Still don't get the thought process of developing a hentai game, and charging money just for people to be able to see the progress of the game being made.

We've gone from hentai games being sold,
to hentai games having patreons, in case you loved the game so much you want to 'keep' paying for it,
to hentai game where you have to pay just for a demo,
to having to pay money just to even see the development of a hentai game.

It doesn't come off as desperate, I never get the vibe that they do this because they're so strapped for cash that this is the only way they can progress, but rather that the trend of
milking horny hentai game lovers for cash has become increasingly easy and mainstream that developers are just cranking it further and further to see just how little effort they can put in, but still make money from the process.

I'd make a quip about a dev charging people money just to listen to them openly think about developing a game, but I get the overwhelming suspicion that's already happened, multiple times.

The only way I can see it getting any lower-effort is maybe just someone having a patreon who claims to be a hentai game enthusiast. No claims of developing a game, no hints at even wanting to, they just vaguely brand themself around it and see how many suckers they can pull in.

This forum needs a tag for games like this.. Something like "P2D" (Pay to Develop), to point out that it's a game that very clearly isn't ever going to be finished, isn't going to be developed at any reasonable pace, but still insists you give it money for some reason.

It's a Wolfzq-affiliated product. Expect more resources to be put into making sure no one has access to the project without paying than actual supporters receiving good value for their money spent.

This creator already finished one game. The one with pretty good quality both gameplay and h content. Can't say he is the one of dozens of swindlers that's bloom on patreon like Eromancer or EraHunter.

FYI Wolf has nothing to do with this one, the creator Bflat publicly parted ways with him. There was lots of drama on the CH forums.
