The idea is that if he gets them off, that exhausts them for a short while so he can escape. Or there's some sort of magic at play which defeats/renders them harmless if they cum first etc. Physical strength doesn't necessarily translate to being good at sex, after all.
So lets speak in terms of where each individual party is approximate to one another, as an exercise.
You have a man, who can generally be thought of as a regular human whose abilities and strengths don't exceed those of which a normal human is capable of, he exists as any man who exists now does with possibly small variations in his ability to use certain arts be they swordsmanship or another kind or traditional fighting ability.
The man's predator comes in many different forms, but they are all either strong enough to overpower him, fast enough to disarm him or has some kind of magical ability to make him succumb to her will.
From a nature prospective, the monster girl (and it may be a demon as well such as a Succubus) is designed with certain abilities in mind which overcome the strength of the average male human, in at least one regard, the monster girl bests him, with her ultimate goal being to rape him, feast on his seed and then maybe perhaps take him prisoner so he can continue to act in this role to her.
The Monster girl is driven largely on instinct, she has intense lust for her prey and doesn't want to hurt him, only subdue him.
In terms of creature comparisons, the human is like a fly and the monster girl is like a frog. The fly has no real method of fighting this creature, it can only hopes to avoid them because even coming into contact with them, the frog has evolved to get an easy meal.
The man in this case deciding to fight with sex is like the fly trying to fight the frog by flying into it's mouth, its a position of great disadvantage and a position where the monster girl would prefer to force him into so while she is draining him of semen it is going directly into one of her orifaces rather than being ruined by splattering on the ground.
Now, the human should prefer not to engage with this creature at all as previously mentioned, his only hope for a freedom is to avoid being caught, but if he is forced to defend himself he should use whatever combat arts he is knowledgeable in in an attempt to escape.
sexual combat is the realm of the monster girl, it is the only physical force they can safely apply to the human without significantly hurting them, obviously this includes things such as grapples and hold, but it doesn't include forceful things such as punches.
Monster girls enjoy sex, they crave it more than anything, it is their wheelhouse, it makes no sense that they would suffer any kind of weakness from an orgasm, infact, they might become more focused and dangerous because of it, some creatures such as succubi are known to increase substantially in power immediately after absorbing semen into their bodies.
