Re: 淫靡の国のアリス
If you talk to the March Hare... guy (in the tea room) more than once, he gives you a key item that displays your Lewdness/Corruption (L/C) when used. Also note that there are two separate values for L/C: The one displayed when the key item is used, and the one displayed under character information (状態).
Speaking of battles, either the Hatter (glasses) or the Hare informs you via dialogue that certain female-specific skills don't work on non-humanoid enemies. They do, however, work on humanoid enemies, and doing so (along with various events and so on later on) increases your L/C value for the key item when they are successfully used against enemies. (This is from memory, so it may not be entirely correct; but it correlates with game experience so far.)
Important Edit: The one displayed when the key item is used increases the value of the one under character information once it reaches a certain threshold, then resets back to zero.
Also, regarding the unique outfit from the Slums area (yes, it's called that in various lines in-game), that "-X" value actually deducts HP with every single step you take in the open world (don't believe indoor areas count but could be wrong about this, might just be certain safe indoor areas). At lower L/C, you lose -3 HP with each step. Chances are this HP loss is reduced as the L/C value of the main character increases.
Oh, and about that. It's not really labelled "HP" in-game. More like "Reason" or perhaps "Sanity". If you hit 0 HP, you end up in something akin to a Hospital / Asylum and have to escape from there (filled with pretty tough enemies that are easier to escape from than to fight) to respawn at your last known position in the game. Not sure if there's anything more to that Death Zone, like bad ends or item chests.
There are variations in the scenes too and i think its based on number of visits and the - number on the bitch/whore outfit that you need to use (outift can be found in the brothel/church area inside a house on right side, on the left side of the face in the wall).
Easy way to lower the number is to get a debuff from the low level red/pink flower enemies and then go to abilities/spells screen and do the new ability, its basically masturbation or something.
