Anyone know how to use the milking pill?

Milking item is a different scene for each girl. You have to do the base scene, first, then the option will come up, same for every other item. Each one relates to a different position for the girls. Also, not every item is used for every girl. Milking Medicine scenes are only for Shieri & Reina.

Are we allowed to talk about the gameplay in the translation section? I think that is frowned upon.

I'm not sure if they added any content in that new version or is it only a package all in 1. BTW it second game that they make all in one version, maybe they will release official translation someday.

I think it should work in order, the higher the number the higher the priority to load. There may be some translations are not loaded.

Can confirm. Renaming the patch6 file to just "patch" in the updated version applies it to the game for anyone wondering how to get it to work.

I'm getting an error whenever I get normal ending and try to go to new game plus. Removing patch file solve the problem but if could it be fixed in patch it would be nice.

BTW IMO game have a big flaw, if scene is recorded once, in new game plus it can not be recorded again. I know it can be view in memory but it's annoying.
