Hello guys, I spent around 2 days on making this full translation and im done for around 90%...I just need to adjust some lines.

But I have a problem. usually you decrypt the rgssad file to apply a translation...but this game doesnt have one even though its made with rpgmaker VX

So, how am i even able to apply the patch ?

As you might have noticed...it's my first translation and now I'm kinda clueless...pls help me and dont let these 2 days of work come to waste =D

It may just not been encrypted from start. Does it have a Data Folder?

it has a data folder but the files in there aren TXTs but rvdata2 files, so simply replacing them wont do the job :/

Yup, the data folder should have rvdata2, these are the games way of getting stuff.

A partial patch contains the Data folder and other changes.
So, when you want to make a patch, simply make a zip / rar file of it.

Example here for one of my patches :


This has the Data Folder and Graphic changes, nothing else.
All need to do is put stuff you changed into your patch with sub folders as the example image show, when a user
gets patch, all they need to do is let it overwrite the files.

Above is Data - Rvdata files
And Graphics - Pictures - png files

The png files aren't the CG, but edited images that's been translated.
But, unless you haven't done changes to pictures, no need to include it, the Data Folder should be enough.

Nothing else needs to be included.

Did that make sense?
