I like the MC's design and the animations. I was pretty disappointed with the 'death scenes' though. As a fan of GOR, it seemed like a big missed opportunity for some zombie rape. In particular that prisoner zombie could have used it's handcuffs more creatively.
It could be that the story explains that it's a corruption death, hence why she enjoys it so much, but since I can't read the language I guess I'll never know.

Game deserves an award for sound design. It's scarier than the last 3 Silent Hill games.
Could someone translate what's on the pause menu notebook? All I got is the x10 blood choice gives you a healing item.

It's short enough of a game that this probably isn't necessary, but.
First option shows MC's profile, but it really doesn't matter, especially for people who can't speak Japanese.
All skills are permanent upgrades, and can only be bought once.
30 blood makes healing items more effective.
50 blood makes the HP bar much longer.
80 blood makes regular ground attacks (Z) throw two scalpels at once (aerial attacks are unaffected).

Just putting it in the same folder as the executable works. May be some finickyness, the save file earlier in this topic seems to be hacked or something 'cuz it gave me infinite HP ingame so I can't view the looping sex animations anymore rip.

weird it doesn't give me infinite hp and my looping animations work. weirdly it starts me off where the female zombies are with no upgrades.

Oh? Apologies, then. Not being able to read Japanese limits me to guesswork.
That, and I don't really use the healing item option much, as there's pretty much no penalty for game-overs. You even respawn at full health...

Just a question, is there multiple ending for this game? I mean I cleared the game without getting rape, but I am not sure if there is only one ending for the whole game or there is also ending for if the MC got raped multiple times?

Pretty simple but enjoyable game, didn't encounter any bugs (unless you counter not being able to hit a monster while you're directly over it, but I think that's more the fact that your attack hitbox starts infront of you, not on you). Despite the games initial look, as mentioned by others, there is 0 guro animations involved, the only thing I found disturbing was possibly the noises some enemies made (looking at you undead nurse).
Animations imo were actually pretty well done, I especially love how the artist did the blush on the mc. I'd look into the other games the circle made purely for the animation/art style, but the fact that they contain guro urks me a bit.
