IMO, The most part of this game is kinda like corruption and aberration for me. Not really focus on guro and gore stuff but I can't argue that these monsters are real ugly .... brrgh

Depends on what you define as "guro." Usually its used to describe stuff where the girl(s) gets mutilated or stuff like that and not really about the things that are fucking them (specifically since not all guro are porn).

I don't consider it guro since the girl is not being "guroed" herself. I can see how some people who hate guro might hate this but on the other hand, I can see people who hate guro liking this as well, such as myself.

This ain't guro.

This is more like night of the living produce, where every piece of meat product from a rendering factory rose up from the freezer and shambled off to find the nearest vagina to stuff themselves into. If the author stuck Meatwad in there, this would've been a HGOTY contender.

After playing it I would call it guro if only light guro. There is splatter all over the walls, and the monsters are made from pieces of other creatures melded together. Also, everything is just plain meaty and gross looking.

i would say that is the appeal for some

Also, is there no way to shoot the one with 2 tentacle?

I have not found any way to shoot the crawling things. The only weapon I have found is the pistol, which has a flat trajectory, so standing back doesn't work, as there is no bullet drop.

There is no "duck" or "crouch" move, so you can't get down to their level, either

Perhaps I am missing something?

Yes, the moving floor tentacle creature cannot be attacked at all. The enemy description of that one says "Not possible to beat", so you have to jump and evade it.
