The Database you might have been looking for, now in production! (Well, has also been for quite a while)

To begin, I'm JakeMSG, or The Chronicler of the Library in question. As for what this blog entails.... It aims to have extensive coverage of a plethora of Adult Games, via multiple methods, like making Reviews, Files that could be sought-after (like Full Saves, Cheats, compilations of Information and Guides, even Mods), and even some original content! All neatly organized, easily accessible, and, best of all, keeping on growing and updating!

Why though? I did explain in the 1st post on the Blog, but to also give the reason here:
I have played a lot of games, for a long time.I also got into the scene of adult games at a certain point, both for the Content, and for the Content. However, I'm also quite the Completionist&Collection-ist&Organizer. To such an extent, that I'd always aim to fully clear games, and unlock everything they had to offer. This traits of mine only worsened over time, especially with exposure to games with expansive content to unlock and explore. In adult games especially, completing the games properly would usually net you the Gallery of Scenes, as well. Which was a great thing to have, to be able to come back to the game for whenever you needed to enjoy the Scenes more.... thoroughly.

My proper start in the adult games scene (aside from some VNs that I genuinely found and started for their story, and got H-Scenes only as a bonus) was done via Vore RPG Games from Eka's Forum, those on the smaller, cheaper side, predominantly manips of anime characters to fit the scenes they were used in. Another aspect that those games lacked, and I quickly got to understand, usually was having a proper gallery, essentially forcing you to go search for the scenes you wanted to see each and every time. Or, you know, to Save at the specific favorite Scenes you wanted to keep. Considering this, wouldn't it be just as possible for you to, let's say, Save all the possible Scenes of the game, therefore making anSave-Gallery of sorts? Yes, it was quite possible, although not as often done (and rarely you'd find such packs of Saves on the forums, especially for such niche games). So I did those Saves for myself. I simply went through the whole game, Saving wherever relevant, without keeping track of much more information. Fairly disorganized, looking back on it, since you'd have a plethora of Saves, of which you could only know that they were made in the order of the game progression, but not specifically what Scene was contained in each. I would later improve on that format.

I also like programming. And hacking (single-player games, keep in mind). I have used Cheat Engine for a very long time, but usually just to Speedhack for faster playing through slow animations, rarely hacking past annoying game grinds. I also used cheats in the Adult games, especially for the games in which I enjoyed their Scenes far more than their actual gameplay (such as in the RPG Maker Vore games that retained all the basic RPG combat provided by the engine, which was pretty boring in playing). Funny thing, I found way more motivation in further learning how to use Cheat Engine (on a more advanced level) for hentai games as opposed to using it normally, on the basic games that I had played previously. I even got to the point of trying to manually restore some obscure Life Drain mechanic in Xi Vore RPG games, via modifying them through the Assembly code that I could alter via Cheat Engine. At some point, I did realize I could make myself a Cheat Table to use universally, and after researching on the Lua part of Cheat Engine, I managed to make myself the Universal Cheat Table (that I also linked on the Blog) which I generally use when playing games, with hotkeys for the Speedhack and for easy Attaching to the currently-playing program. I even learned how to make proper Cheat Tables for games, and to make them work each time (at least, for the same version of the specific game, but also how to update said Cheat Tables and whatnot).

Finally, I did go on to play a lot of RPG porn games, and in doing so, felt the need to keep track of the enemy information (especially in games where I could get said info relatively easy, via an Analyze-type skill or item). Noted the information in Text files, for fast access (since Word or PDF format loads slower than plain text written in a ".txt" file). It was especially helpful for games with no Wiki or with an underdeveloped one.

I do also like (a lot actually, probably unhealthily so) helping others, especially when it's easy for me to do so. For example, by sharing the Files I had already made for my own use on the games that I had played. I did share them occasionally in the Forums of those games, but nothing that serious or organized. And I did want, for the longest of time, to try and make a name for myself, in creating my own content. Such as a blog, possibly dedicated to those Files I was wishing to share and organize.... And well, we're here now, aren't we? Of course, I did also make a Patreon afterwards, hoping to make more and more content in time (I have had ideas for writing Fiction and making Games for so many years, I had started noting those very ideas down and organizing them for later usage) and, ideally, being able to live of off my passion in this area of gaming & adult content, while also giving back to others and making a community of my own. All of this, if possible, of course (It's good to have high dreams, even better to use realistic means, but, just the best, to keep backup plans.).

Currently, it sports a good number of Reviewed games, and only ever-growing! I do recommend, if you wish for a List of the current Content, to use the List of Content Tab. I did organize the posts to be easily accessible and user-friendly for a reason. Another way you might like to browse the blog would be by using the Tags on the Right, and maybe even mixing multiple tags! (If you did multiple tag searches on other websites that support those, it works much in the same way here, too).
Personally, I'd suggest checking in on the main page from time to time to see the latest posts, maybe you'll find some new interests this way! I do try to make weekly posts, with notable exceptions being specifically, well, noted. So far, I'm still on schedule (and whenever I might fall behind because of that pesky Real Life, I manage to recover and make up for the lost time). While I'd rather not make any set-in-stone promises (to not do the classic under-deliver-ing that's popular with many indie creators), such as a specific day of the week for posts, I do keep on making posts regularly still. All of this while ever-preparing the next posts, be it playing through games to later Review, improving the Blog itself, or trying out new ideas to bring to the Blog as Original Content.

Even beyond just the expected steady stream of Reviews, I've got plenty of other plans that I want to slowly bring to reality. I still have a lot of games I've played in the past that deserve a second, more methodical, look into. Lots of future games I'd like to get into, too. A lot of other possibilities in my mind that I could branch into in the future, like making my own Stories, Mods for favorite games, some Translation work (I did set myself some good Translation Programs that could use some, well, use....), some Scripting (Sex toys are actually pretty cool tbh), maybe even a proper game.... So long as we live, we create, after all.

So there you have it. The Blog, and here, the Thread for it. I'm quite active on the Forums (love that Notifications work properly for them), so do leave me messages or comments, I'm not the shy type! Also, if you see potential in what I do, like what I've already accomplished, or even just think I'm a decent bloke, drop any small contribution you feel like I deserve on the Patreon, you can get to it through here:

I'll say it right now, I don't currently plan to paywall any relevant content (I'd rather rely on your kindness than your need). Having said that, Patreon Tiers will still each offer increasing rewards, generally in the means of having more control over the content I'll output (such as ability to make more specific content requests, ability to vote for relevant decisions etc.). Capitalist Democracy at its finest! (No but srsly, I do think this is fair enough, all things considered). If those sound to you like the great advantages you so-wished, well, don't feel afraid to become a patreon! (of the desired Tier, and for as much time as you feel like I deserve).

If you have any further general ideas for me, well, this Thread has to work for something, right? Leave it down here! Or just leave whatever you feel like saying about my Blog. Even hate if you so feel like it (there's constructiveness to be found in everything in the end). I'm here for all of it!

New Review + Files came out!

I also updated this on the Patreon, but I'll give here, in brief, a bit of the misc changes I made on the blog, too:
- Added a few more tags
- Changed a bit of the Top Navigation bar aspect (it was pretty empty before...)
- Added 2 new entries in the General Tools (Sugoi adaptations for MTool and for XUAT)
- Re-uploaded RogueTranslations' translation patch for Monster Girl Quest (Original trilogy), as the last upload link of his went down (and I had a backup for this eventuality)
- Added, in the "List of Covered Games" page, Files for both Shrift games (as I said before, I might add, from time to time, Files without Review, as I can make the Review at a later point afterwards)
- Fixed some Errors that were causing the blog to load slow (reduntant code bits)
- For the Nth time, fixed Buttons on the blog (and made them a bit more obvious when they are Opened/Turned on)
