Gameplay is you just activate 3 orbs and each does something to the girl. Can't figure out what all there is to do though.

EDIT: So far managed to get her two different kinds of pregnancies. Small worms and another time one big worm.

OK the idea is to do things in specific patterns so that you get different results. There's 4 CG to unlock.

Quite a small game.
Theres only 4 unlockables CG:

small worms: right->low->left->repeat(low->left)until born.

big worms: right->left->right->repeat(left->right)until born.

eggs: right->low->right->repeat(low->right)until born.

parasite worm: repeat right until born.

I can't get the big worms
I already did the other 3 challenges, couldn't get the second one so I searched here, tried doing it right/left/right/left/etc like it says here but I only get the "unfinished" birth, or sometimes I even get the parasite

I'm not sure if it's on a counter or just random, but the scenes didn't happen to me after doing the combination once. I had to do each three times in order to unlock the CG.

Very short game, but here's a full save.

In the room with the 4 tombs which display CG, there's another magic circle which takes you to the debug room. Pretty much you can walk around and see different facial expressions. It's kind of bugged and the display sticks around. The only way to make it go back to normal is to go back to the room with the 3 orbs.

Once you clear everything, there's an additional smaller orb on the right-hand side of the flower. If you talk to it, you can select each birthing scene instead of doing everything from the start.
