Either this flew under my radar or hasn't been posted here yet so I thought I would shed some light on it for anyone interested. Title is just a rough translation of the game name.
Ok after playing it for a bit, you basically scroll across using Z to shoot bullets and X for bombs, collecting power boosts and shooting enemies. CG pass through the background when you take some damage and loosing all your health with show a full CG image. Honestly doesn't look that good to me, but who knows someone might like it.
* Game Intro
Mari takes her trusty hoverbike on patrol to bash some enemy heads.
However, her bike's vibrations are making her p*ssy tingle...
The harder she rides, the dizzier she gets, making her prone to attack.
Her mind's on the decline while her crotch is wet and wild.
Once she's totally destabilized she'll only want one thing... to get reamed by a riot of enemy c*cks!

* Hoverbike R18
Mari has overhauled her ride with a new engine that's 4.2x faster than the R17;
mounted with a 50mm gatling gun; deploys missiles; and has remote precision accuracy.
Air resistance has also been cut by a whopping 31% percent.
It takes complete focus to pilot the R18, and for Mari it's a full body experience.
High performance cums at a cost in the sense that Mari can sense every tremor between her legs.
The longer she rides, the harder it gets to stay in control. The vibrations are too good!
Fortunately she has a variety of upgrades and boost options to help things.

Inverse score challenge! (low score = better handling)
