Yeah, the game came out back in 2017, I'm not too sure if the game itself is still being worked on though, but 2 DLCs seem to have came out in the mean time as well.

Other than playing with Cheat engine or save editing, there's not much.

You can dowload a DLC that lets you modify the relations between the PJ, so you can look all the scenes
