Buying adult games on DLsite without a credit card

I want to buy h-games on DLsite, but i don't have a credit card yet, just PayPal, but i can't use that for adult content.
Is there another way to buy h-games there?
I thought about buying points there with PayPal and paying the h-games with these points.
Would that work?

Yes, buying point on the all ages page of dl site (english or japanese) using paypal work.
The points are tied to your account, not to the adult / all ages page. So you can use the points to buy adult game.
Just mind that english and japanese dl site are separate and use different account - can't buy something on maniax using point bought on the english dl site.
