Pretty sure no one has posted this yet? It seems to be a sugoroku game that centers around giving birth to demons. I don't have a DL link, but it's on nyaatorrent.
* Story
5 heroines are each defiled in her own story. In the end, all become succubi.

A lover is cuckolded and impregnated by a monster,
a wife is stolen by a monster and turned into a breeding flesh sac,
a best friend gets corrupted by various matings.

Each story is told from the heroine's point of view.

* Game systems
The story unfolds in visual novel style,
while there are interactive adventure elements with dice:
dungeon crawling and chance-based roleplaying.

With...
- Multiple heroines!
- Corruption mode!
- Kisekae/dressup!
- Forgiving progress and New Game Plus!
(even if you get a game over, all items, money and levels are retained)
- Replay the same maps as much as you want!
(great for those who aren't big RPG types)

Holy shit, the baby in the first image on the dlsite link looks creepy as hell.

Anyone who played this yet can tell me if this is another generic rpg maker game or if it has some sort of nice feature?

Don't bother, it's boring.
It's not really generic, basically it's a board game mixed with a rpg (although it's not a board rpg). You roll a dice to walk around, some squares have enemies, bonuses, shops... I can't say it's slow paced since there is no pace to begin with.
The H is as interesting as the gameplay. There's one CG variation for each girl, and a few clothes. That's it.
Anyone who paid money for this game got ripped off.
