Should be on the Power Up section. Probably still need to buy it there.

Maybe the problem is that unlocking the 'Aphrodisiac' power up is a prerequisite. After that, you can buy 'Water'.

Ohh, that.
Well, I added the .exe to block in the firewall, also disconnected for the time being when first running, just in case. Game started up just fine after clicking accept. And that message is not displaying anymore. Pretty sure it was "cracked".

OK that would work if i had the version where i could select English as a language but i only have the older version( i did try just to see if the version i have does but it doesn't).
