EDIT: The game does not launch for some reason, it extracted just fine but it just does not launch no matter what I do

Weird, works for me just fine, are you sure you used the correct password, or maybe it got corrupted when you downloaded it?

I'll try again and see what happens.

EDIT: Yep, still won't open, it's stuck in an infinite loading loop. In fact it froze the window and couldn't close it even with the task manager when I try to open it as an admin

No I just downloaded it straight to my PC, is that an issue? If so that's the first time I'v ever had a problem not using MEGAsync

mmmm, that strange, i just tested to download it myself to try, and he works just fine for me , cant see where your problem come mmm

your winrar is up to date (5.21+) ? you tryed 7zip ? i can perfectly unrar it without problem with the 2

Same thing, still can't even launch the game. I can't delete the folders the games are in either, it says that's in use by some program.

How do you beat the cow? She speeds up at the end and reaches it faster than the cow, but still loses to him somehow. I have tried different ways but still no success.

ho that was just that the problem *_*, strange, that the original folder name that come with the game
maybe your windows not fully configured to accept all jap caracter ^^

so... the main point is that that work now , have fun ^^

The thing with RPG maker games is that if you don't have Japanese local (or set your local to Japanese(Japan)) and downloaded a game with Japanese characters it will deny the game to transfer to a specific folder you want to or it will give you an error when starting it up.
Best thing to do is when you open with Winrar (or any other program) to change the folder name there and then transfer it.
If you can't change the name of the folder when it's a .zip or .rar then you should change your local to Japanese, transfer it, change the name and then change your local back.
