The lewd anime with her as the lead came to be after her appearance in Taimanin Murasaki, one of the first TA games. She was apparently so well received that they gave her a thing mostly her own, and she would end up having a role in TA3 as well despite her initial status as a one-off character.

Hoping for more of her in the upcoming Taimanin Asagi Zero, but as that one is intended to be a prequel to the previous titles, I'm not so sure it'll happen. Ingrid origins, make it happen Lilith!
