Honestly I'd let them have it for the very same reason Byz just stated. And because mexican standoffs are silly. More than likely a pair will show up ( I wonder who?) after the 100 mark and grind down to the 000

Though honestly, what do we know about the pichu? They don't converse much with us. Cappy really seemed to hate them, but then again I did find out that most of my negative reps came from Cappy... Maybe they're as awful as Cappy said, maybe Cappy's the awful one.
