well mark the previous numbers, Ctrl+C, put the cursor down in the text area, Ctrl+V and then edit the last part, is just as long and tedious if not more, than just typing them in assuming you have a proper numpad on your keyboard really (I would not be able to live without one, any number more than 2 digits is a pain in the ass to type without a numpad). And that is assuming you use the ctrl+C/V shortcuts, I legit seen ppl before that right click and select copy and paste to well copy things around xD
