They don't have the Maus in Panzer Waltz yet, but in the joke visual novel Panzermadels she looks like this. Her ammo racks are the biggest among the girls in that game since she was the biggest tank.

Nice gun rack :D she have. They are good enough for me so if they make any panzermodels for that

Couldn't they have just put the railway gun on tank treads? I highly doubt rails are any easier to move something that size on. The only disadvantage I can see is that on rails they'd have a pre-cleared area wide enough for it to fit... but at the same time you've GOT to have those rails if you want your giant ass weapon anywhere.
