I managed to stumble across the Milia Wars fanartist's tag on Danbooru. The pics of the spider and snakegirl seem to be the latest from him, but there's some earlier stuff there.

I'm guessing that the little counter you get after defeating the Boss Worm is related to the Mushrooms you can find. Anybody no if anything special happens if you find all 16?

I just did it, you get another ending screen with a neat picture.
I'm not spoiling the contents, happy hunting for the hidden (food) items (It's not just mushrooms).
I also noticed there is no level 4 Sword upgrade, the blue double one is the best.

hey, i need a little help from someone plz ^^;. the hotfile link worked fine and i can open the two games other than milia wars, but milia wars gives me an error, saying i dont have a certain .dll file or something. anyone know what i can do to fix that?

Between my own efforts and a handy Youtube video, I managed to find fifteen...

Area 1

• Rice Ball: railings on house
• Cat: just above right side of roof of house
• Mushroom: tree above first "log bridge"
• Mushroom: second tree after log stairs (downslope with lamp)
• Mushroom: top-right corner of first wood scaffold
• Mushroom: foot of earth stairs (just after first wood scaffold)
• Mushroom: tree above second wood scaffold
• Cat: top of stone pillar (just after earth stairs)
• Mushroom: tree above first worm spawn (just after earth stairs)

Area 2

• Sardine: lower platform with sleeping slug
• Cat: second lamp at first timed area (with weapon powerup in box)
• Cat: lip of platform with truck (hit with ranged weapon before jumping)
• Sardine: first lamp on platform with truck (jump on truck roof)

Area 3

• Mushroom: first tree
• Mushroom: first tree on second floor (after first timed area)

...but I don't know where the last one is. Dagnabit.

The one you're missing is indeed hard to find. It's in the very end of area 2.
There's a trick to it as well, involving a certain sub-weapon with wide range.
Other than that, good work finding the other 15.
