My question is - What the hell do I do in this game? And any tips for those strong enough to play it?

Played it for a bit. Seems like the game forces me to go on a fix route both ways. Not much interaction other than where I can land the initial cut. Gonna try again later.

Yea when I reach the part where im suppose to remove some kind of growth/infection out of her, I always 'fail' there.

The ghost symbol is the cut the shit out of her.

So I was correct, I'm not the only one confused at this game! On another note - If you don't drug her, you can cut her breasts, womb, throat and around her liver. Through I am still stuck as well.

I'm a fan of gore. So I'll give it a shot, see what I can do.
Edit 1: Trying to do things properly, can not get past the growth inside her.
Edit 2: just stabbing her like crazy is kinda fun.
Edit 3: JACKPOT! Ok what you do, is drug her, do the shit you normally do, when it comes to cutting out the infection. You click, don't hold down just single click. Then drag your mouse around the dark red spot. You don't need to click again, if you did it right you will have got a operation success sign.
Final edit: The last page is the body modifications, mainly you choose what you want, through a scale thing, more knife, more blood etc etc. You can only choose up to 100% of anything so 50% blood and 50% knife is the max. Each gives you different after images. The two I got were the pussy chair, and the prolapsed ass.
