I encourage you guys to do so as well with your favorite hentai (not difficult at all). With Freemake Video converter you can cut scenes in any videos (it's free as well)

With SolveigMM Video Splitter you can cut videos, the gimmick is it allows you cut and stitch together without re-encoding the video without having to start the initial cut on a key-frame. Yep same quality as source no re-encoding and cuts anywhere. Not really for heavy-edit, creative Music Videos but plain stitches it's ideal.
