I don't see more keys but it seems they give more "panties" from the boxes. I don't remember getting lots of 50s from the pink cases.

It looks like it happens with the pink keys, i have over 30, I only remember to win 4 silver keys and a bunch of silver and golden suitcases

I'm not entirely sure if they do. Also, no idea the heck about the SR we can get. I have no idea the code needed.
