Re: [DMM] Tentacles Tactics

A mistake you made in your team composition is that it consists of cards that has long cool down. They're strong but keep in mind that mobs in the extra stage are pretty buff and they come in groups, so you need to put into account strength as well as numbers/speed of summoning girls. I've compiled some tips that I used and tested that works really well.
First of all, my Tentacle Character stats are as follows: Roster Slots is at level 9, Summon Points Cap is at level 8 and Summon Point Regen is at level 9. I also used the Buffing skill that you get at level 35. It's at level 8.
I'm only going in depth with Extra Stage Area 1 since Extra Stage 1-6 is really hard. Though, as a general rule of the thumb I used on all three is that I kept atleast two cards that has low cool downs as fodders, which in my case, Orqua and Henjin Hunter K. Here's the team I used for 1-1 to 1-6.
Row 1: MinamotonoYoshitsune x 2, Sarutobi Sasuke, Orqua, Henjin Hunter K.
Row 2: (Filler, though in my case I used White Black.), Elfella, Caesar, Cleopatra.
When the battle starts -whether its the beginning or restart after failing the boss humiliation/assault, do not summon girls one at a time. Wait until you have enough points to summon them in groups or better yet, all of them at once. Once you start summoning, keep spamming the two low cool down cards that you're using while your points accumulate. And when your better cards are available, summon them but keep up the low cool down card spam since your girls will keep dying. Do not summon too many Elfellas and Caesar/Ranged Girls. When I did my runs, I kept around three Elfellas and two Caesars at all times, replacing them when one of them dies. And as a last tip, spam the tentacle skill when it comes up. The buff really makes a huge difference. I had an easier time using the buff than the meteor when I did my tests.
As for Extra Stage Area 2, bringing two Jeanne and two Elfellas worked pretty well. You can bring anyone else but those two are essential on making the runs easier. Just need to watch out for the bazooka spam, which is why you need two Jeannes to keep the sheild up.
Extra Stage Area 3 is the easiest. Any combination works as long as you have fodders to keep the pressure up. Just need to watch out for the blonde ninjas, they hit very hard.
Hopefully, these tips will help you on completing the extra stages.
Yep, Nishiki doesn't work as well as she did before the update. Alright, this is going to be tldr so you've been warned. And this is based on my tests so its up to you whether you'll use it or not, but I do hope it helps.Man 1-6 Hellmode is stupid. It's almost luck whether or not you can even beat it. If the enemy decides it's going to spawn 4-6 projectile immune/tank guys in a row, they just start piling up and become unstoppable. There's nothing you can even do at that point unless maybe you're all max leveled. It's so frustrating to keep getting to midfield and have 6-8 immune tank bastards piled up just sweep my team all the way to killing or near killing my tentacle.
I have:
Oda, Shadomalice, Minamotono, Jean, Elfella,
Cleo, Hybrider, Comet, Dharma Yuki
All evolved and level 20-40. I think the only way I could improve my team other than max leveling them all is replacing Dharma Yuki, but my other Minamotono/Comet are only level 1. I tried the sniper here but even a mob of them can't knock back a projectile immune enemy. Elfella actually does better since she'll kill them if they're vulnerable and wastes the non projectile immune mobs.
Guess it's time to level my other Minamotono. I gotta say, having this huge melee wall team is pretty fun. They sure are vulnerable to aoe enemies though.
