Reuploading a complete gallery save since the one posted in this thread leads to a dead link. Just back-up your systemdata save and replace it with this. Alternatively you can edit your own save so the second line looks like
By the way I've tried everything I could think of in order to unlock the meat toilet end naturally and couldn't do it. I even played the scene in the gallery and looked through the data files in an attempt to find a hint and couldn't even find a sign of the event outside of the sex scene. One thing that I found weird was that if you try to access the final area after you've beat the last boss you simply enter a black room, you can encounter a common mob in the room that's found elsewhere in the area and you can warp out of there with a chimera wing but other than that you can't seem to do anything else in there; this problem seems to persist in the untranslated version of the game too so I assume it's not a bug on the translation's part.
