If he decides not to add certain enemies or things, maybe he just wasn't all that hyped about the idea of them in the first place. I don't think there's anything wrong about being swayed by your audience sometimes. It just means that you would rather please certain people more than add a certain thing, or that you weren't all that interested in adding it anyways. Not like anybody is able to force him to add or remove anything, it's all up to him in the end. It's easy to say "I'll just do whatever I want" when you don't have fans telling you that they're losing interest in your game over something "relatively" small.
By that I mean, compare the amount of people who will avoid his game because of a certain element (Unavoidable heavy guro and scat) versus the amount of people who would only play his game if they contain them, and I'm almost 100% positive you'd be losing a lot of fans by adding them. I doubt there are many people who will be like: "NO SCAT?! I'M NOT PLAYING THIS GARBAGE!", but the idea of that does make me laugh. Eluku's games are already pretty borderline guro, so I also can't imagine the kind of person that would avoid it just because it's missing some torture either.
I personally don't like either, but if he really wanted, there's always the option of making it toggleable, unless that's not possible for some reason with the system he's using. Then everybody could be happy.

I forget... did this game specifically intend to have guro or was it going to be a straight-up ryona game? Because the two are different things and ryona doesn't necessarily mean that guro has to be present whenever there's ryona.
Now that I think of it, I don't remember any guro scenes in Fairy Fighting either. Lots of painful looking scenarios but no actual gore.

There were a few semi-guro and scat scenes but Eluku took them out due to complaints I guess. The slime enemy had some nasty looking hooks that'd go into the breasts and there was a few times poo ended up getting changed/removed.

Considering ExpandBee and AnaMoguri from Fairy Fighting, I'd say the chances of such things are pretty good. I hope he crams a ton of "extreme" fetishes into this game like he did Fairy Fighting. The only enemy fetish I didn't like was AlauLune and Mist Sisters, and that's because I don't like samesize vore (or in this case unbirthing), everything else was a turn on for me, especially all the stomach distension and bulging :3

A fun fact concerning the PrisonOrc. Apparently it only notices Nona if she moves right above his head. It is therefore possible to avoid getting attacked altogether by staying still if he's underneath. He starts wandering after he drops his "meal" so it shouldn't be too hard.
As a side note - I hope eluku will add some sort of masturbation to allow raising Nona's arousal for the orc in the Extractor Room. Or maybe the licker in the MilkCat cell does that? It's a royal pain to raise it otherwise without losing clothes. EDIT: Scratch that. Arousal increases periodically when naked - and the licker raises is at a pretty quick pace, too.
Also: after reachin a certain "food" level I can't seem to feed off the MilkCat more. Apparently it relies on health and arousal - the only way to hit 100% food for me was to max out both bars. Can anyone confirm?
EDIT: And another fun secret: by using the mouse wheel, you can control the perspective in the main menu scenes (the random ones, 3 total). Turns out one of them is a hidden scat scene.

Nona and the catgirl are apparently connected butt-to-butt with a tube of sorts. A bulge going back and forth on it leaves little to imagination.
