Secondly, I don't think that there would be an issue with a witch hunt against porn here, or at least not this type in this context. For example, Lezhin Comics sells comics explicitly marked as "Adult" and has offered Paypal as a payment option for ages (as well as Visa/Mastercard etc), using a similar type of system. I think the key here is that the payment processors are OK provided that what's sold isn't directly equivalent to adult content. So you couldn't sell points/coins/currency for an adults-only site, but you can sell points/coincs/currency for a site that contains a decent amount of non-adult content as well as adult content. There may also be some leighway given on account of cultural norms in the businesses country (i.e. cartoon porn is frowned upon in Western countries, but more-or-less accepted in Japan; hence why you can buy hentai on Amazon.jp, but not Amazon.com)
