I actually would like to download this game for offline usage, I just need to figure out the name of the creator and do some searching and see if I can find a download, though I'm most likely out luck what with this being 4 years old and the fact that I can't read the japanese name. I'll try my luck with 4chan.

Edit: Got it! It's a game called Eva☆Zuba Jo by Kakukakujin, now to look for download links.

Edit2: Found an active filesmonster link on a russian site, I'm going to go to bed for now so I'll get my own links up later and I'll link to the filesmonster file here.
