You can't use paypal to sell a hentai/porn game, unless you hide it very well. Like distributing the locked core game files somewhere and sell the unlocker through paypal. But I don't think thats going to work for a rpgmaker game.

An alternate option is that you could just use dlsite.com to sell your game, but they take around 50% of your profit depending on the price of your game. Though it has a big advantage that your game will be advertised in the Japanese market for potential Japanese consumers and I think that the profit you do earn is your netprofit (in other words: no tax). Also Dlsite has an English section for all the western consumers.

seal off content with persistant switch, create something to switch it on...then move the persistant data rvdata away and sell that file (remember to remove the switch from the game

I don't think anyone is wrong here. It's just a matter of "taste".

The thing is, just stay away from what you don't like and don't criticize those who do, and don't criticize those who don't like what you do like.

(I don't like the second scene you get after beating the girl in the first village again, it starts ok but not a fan of the ending, so I just pass the text fast).
