Just tried out 1.30 Chinese version from nyaa.
Don't know if anyone find out about it but here is new scene.
I don't know moon rune but to trigger the scene I think you need to reach certain lewdness.

They don't? If you scroll up there's 1.30 beta mentioned above, so him mentioning Chinese beta is probably the Chinese group have translated their beta version?

So I seriously don't know how to get around the dead ending.

Here's what I've been doing.

Eat same food as me.
Tell her I won't hurt her.
Talk to her 3 times, pat her for the rest of the day. (repeat until go out choice happens)
Come out with me
Give her pankakes
Pat 3 times, go out, eat pankake, pat again (repeat).

But then she gets sick and I don't get the option to nurse her back to health! Q_Q. Do I need to talk to her more? Do I need to buy her clothes before the dead end?

I'm playing version 1.16 (english). Anyone have a link to the newest translated version?

Did you give her chores to do? That's the only choice I'm not seeing in your list. And I'm not sure if it's required....but why wouldn't you get her clothes?
