Don't think so... that might be a ton of extra sprites to draw depending on how in-depth the equipment system is. Though I'd love to be proven wrong.

I like a lot of the pixel art I see in this game, but the artist is not good with cup placement on bras and tops. I also hope the ledge jumping/grabbing/climbing animations are improved.

New update(With a picture!)
It seems he's mostly done(?) with the event animations, but things have come up and he's not quite sure if he'll be able to release in august. He's still hoping to, but says that "If August isn't good, there's always September..."

Sucubuss fist was really easy because of this gimmick
I understand it helps seing all the positions, but i think it would make more sense, at least in this game setting, getting the "white souls" at the expense of something, like a brief debuff (like being overweight XD idk, or reduced stats).
Specially since he will most likely add a gallery mode after completion.

I agree wholeheartedly with you Darkstrain. I mentioned it on one of the first few pages, that my biggest gripe with this guy's games is that the rape is actually beneficial for you, as well as only a select few "enemies" do it. I would much prefer if it was RoR (Run or Rape), where there was a certain percent chance of rape after you've taken a certain amount of damage, whereas the rape damaged you further and potentially "kill" you, giving you a perpetual rape ending.
It would give more challenge to the game (it is a parody of Demon's after all), more pressure and excitement in both avoiding getting hit and trying to see the different scenes, make more enemies have the ability to rape you instead of just a few with hearts above their heads. RoR is simply a much better system than what he uses.
Even more so in games like Succubus Fist, where if you take enough damage you're stripped of your clothes, but then to get any actual sex you have to find someone with a heart over their head to willingly lay with them, which in turn heals you. Now that is just stupid and unfitting for the genre.
Anyway, the demo was fun, and just like Succubus Fist had actually fun gameplay, I bet this one will have great gameplay as well. I just really wish he replaced the weird rape system to something with actual weight to it. Also, I hope the bosses will have sex scenes. Monster sex for the win!

I'm on the other side of this apparently. Punishingly hard difficulty has always been something I hate in H-games. It runs counter to the whole point of it for me. I can't be aroused and pissed off at the same time.
I think that this game can manage to pull off a Dark Souls feel without being brutally frustrating and trolly. At least I'm hoping that is the direction this game takes. Or at least let me have easy mode.
Also, I greatly enjoyed the sexual healing aspect of Succubus Fist. To me its preferable to get to the action that way as opposed to having to fail intentionally to get it.
In any case, there is clearly no right or wrong answer to this. Its all just preference.

I'm gonna have to disagree with the "clearly no right or wrong answer" bit. From a purely game design perspective, this game is nailing it, and 90% of H-games have bad design.
Think about this from a logical standpoint. What kind of people play H-games? People who want to see some hentai. Requiring the player to FORCE themselves to lose to see these scenes is a failure of design, plain and simple. You should be designing an H-game to cater to the people who want these scenes, and you'll never see them without killing yourself. This creates a constant disconnect between the gameplay and porn, because you can only ever focus on one at a time. To see more porn, you have to skip the porn and focus on purely playing the game, avoiding enemy rape and just so you can see new scenes. They become two separate entities that are just mashed together.
Realistically, the best way to handle this problem is to make sex PART of the gameplay - just as this game right here has done. Rather than a reward for FAILURE, it becomes a reward for SUCCESS. You play well, get farther in the game, and you get to see some porn. From a game design perspective, it's brilliant.
Now, that's not to say it's impossible to do RoR correctly, but it's a very fine line and most people don't pull it off properly. I could've handled it better in Crisis Point too, by making it a focus of the gameplay - which is something I will certainly be doing with my next game - but I tried to find a balance, at least. Not struggling means you don't take damage while being raped, and you can set yourself into a stance that allows enemies to begin raping you without attacking you first.
But I digress. As a game designer, RoR as a genre is bad. I really don't care if any individual likes it more than beneficial sex scenes, I suppose that can be left up to personal preference. But after seeing how well this game handled it, I will defend it mercilessly when someone like HentaiProdigy comes along and starts ripping into this game like it has no idea what it's doing. As far as incorporating H into a normal game, this game does a far better job than any RoR ever has.
