Bio: Just completing school and college, he set out for a job. Current economy is tough, so unfortunately he had to settle for the fast food industry. While working he overheard a customer talking about some game called "The Egg". When giving the customer his order, Gordan inquired about the game and asked the cost for it. Surprisingly, Gordan was told he would be getting paid to do this. This being his dream job, playing video games for cash, he requested immediately where to find this and how he could get set up. The customer however forgot to mention plenty of details about the egg, and how sexually explicit it was. He'd be in for a big surprise. It would be rather amusing to see how such a prude will deal with this game.

Name: Gordan
Age: 20

Physical Description:
Mental: Always being a guy who loves imagining himself as the character in the story, he'll try to make it look as much like him as possible.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Gordon looked down at the address on the slip of paper in his hand, then back up at the large white building with the words CHAMBER CORP written on it in big black letters.

"Yep, this must be it," he said to himself and walked through the front doors. Seeing a small woman wearing a headset sitting at the front desk, he inquired about the possibility of walk-in testing. The woman held up a finger and pushed her headset closer to her ear.

"Yes, Mr. Geiger, we understand. We'll reschedule your appointment for another--" she paused, listening her finger still pointed upward telling Gordon to wait. "Oh.? Not coming in at all... Your wife? I see. Well, if that's final then I will inform our programmers. We thank you for your time with us. Goodbye."

She put down her finger and sighed then tilted her head towards Gordon. "I am sorry but we are not yet performing open testing for men at this time, only female testers and a select team of previously hired male testers are being allowed access at this stage."

"But if I just heard correctly, Mr. Geiger won't be coming in again?" said a voice to Gordon's right. A pretty woman in a nurse's outfit with long black hair and glasses perched on her small nose was poking her head out of the testing area doors.

"Oh. Alice... please, Mr. Geiger was an experienced programmer..." the young woman at the front desk seemed to be giving the nurse a stern, meaning glance, which the slightly older woman ignored with a wave of her hand.

"This double standard policy they have going is stupid, Tina, and we both know it. If girls are coming off the street to test the game, then young men should be too, not all these old programmers with jealous wives who wonder where their husbands have been spending all their time lately." Alice shakes her head and crosses her arms over her ample bosom. "Have him fill out a normal application form and I'll go find a technician who'll be happy to take him on."

"Alice, you hardly have the authority to-" Tina began, but was interrupted before she could finish.

"Just do it," Alice said with finality, then winked at Gordon before disappearing through the doors.

Grumbling, the receptionist handed Gordon a form and a pen to fill out his basic information with. He did so, not wanting to say anything for fear of getting on the wrong side of the argument.

When he was done the nurse had returned with an older gentleman with a balding head and square-rimmed glasses. "Hello, so this must be the young gentleman. Hmm, let me see." He looks over the application form.

"Ah yes, you've attended the local college here I see. What drew you to to us I wonder?"

Gordon simply answered honestly, to which the man chuckled and handed back the form to the receptionist. "Very well, Gordon, come on in. Follow me."

Gordon followed the man, who introduced himself as Max, the head AI programmer, all the way to the end of a long hallway, where a room lay waiting for him, dominated by a large, white, egg-shaped chamber.

Max directed him inside and told him to simply sit back, relax and follow the screen's directions. The door hissed shut and left Gordon in darkness momentarily until finally words scrolled down the screen in front of him. He was given a list of strange options, to which he filled out in the following way:

Humans: Y 3
Male/Female: Y3
Female/Female/Male (since he's a guy in this case): Y 4
Pregnancy: N
Birthing: N
Non Consent Sex: Y 4
BDSM: Y 3
Slavery: Y 4
Monsters: Y 2
Roughness: --

Next he was asked to select a difficulty:

Difficulty (?): Easy | =Normal= | Hard | Insanity

After selecting that, he is presented with a list of options for gameplay type and location. There are two types, though the second is grayed out. Offensive and Defensive.

Offensive Levels(?)

Volcanic Isle
Haunted Village
Slaver Fortress
_____________? (Your own idea.)

Defensive Levels(?)

Finally, he was prompted to choose a specialty:

Sword
Axe
Pole Arm
Magic
Other?

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

(Might start out with only short paragraphs since things are just getting started. Don't want to spend time having my character being amazed at the building's structure or anything. XD As with my previous RP's, Red will be thoughts, blue will be out voicing himself out loud.

Oh, also I think I messed up, could monsters be set to 3? Monster encounters are pretty much what make an rp, and changed it in my character sheet.)

Taking his seat, he could only wonder at the current situation. A screen in front of him asking so many questions, not that it was unusual for videogames to do that. In fact a lot of games these days had something like this. But the questions being asked either made know sense at all, or just seemed downright perverse. And where was the controller? So far it looked only like a touch screen game.

This better not be one of those damn Kinect gimmicks.

Fiddling around with the options, he decided it was best to just pick everything from either 3 to 4, so whatever the hell this stuff meant he would get variety. However one thing did confuse him the most.

Roughness? Like difficulty? No, considering all the other questions I bet it's another pervy one. Though the relevance is beyond me. Porno games aren't exactly something that would be main stream market material, and seeing how much effort they are putting into this.... Guess it could be like a game like Fable. Have a family and all that crap.

Putting only little thought into it, he inserted 'random'. Testing a game was to test variety of game play value so he had to do his duty. If the game sucked in variety, he'd tear this a new one. He'd always want to critique something. But he also wanted to help, seeing a lot of good gaming concepts go down the hole from bad development.
That's when the difficulty finally showed up.
I'll go with normal, could be Ninja Gaiden difficulty wise for all I know. If it gets too easy I'll ask to change it.
Finally the screen gave him a level select.
"All right! Megaman style!" He chuckled as he chose a level, putting in a suggestion along with it as well.

Offensive Levels(?)
Haunted Village
Laboratory? (Your own idea.)

He figured such a setting would be appropriate for a monster horror game.
Selecting 'Magic' as his choice, he also put in the suggestion box 'Martial Arts' for the people who would want to try being Bruce Lee in video games. If this was a Kinect gimmick, and they did this right, would be pretty neat.

He finished his input, he observed the screen waiting to see if this was really worth testing out.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

The game made a few error sounds as he tried to select two levels and two specialties at once, and he soon realized that the last lines weren't a suggestion box, but rather an option to create a setting structure and weapons specialty from scratch.

Immediately this raised a concern in Gordon's mind. How could a game account for the random desires of its players? He was tempted to choose something of his own, but he had liked the sound of the Haunted Village and at having magic as well.

((Please make a clear choice between Haunted Village/Laboratory as well as with Magic/Martial Arts.))

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

(Oh, thought those were like suggestion boxes or something for future games XD.)

The error confused him quite a bit. There was no current technology that could just make up something as it went, developing levels and classes on the spot. Shrugging his shoulders, he selected Haunted House and Magic. It would be best for both him and the game if he chose currently developed otherwise he might glitch the game already.
"Ok lets give this another try."He murmured softly to himself as he finished up.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

The screen faded to black leaving the chamber completely devoid of any light. Then slowly his other senses seemed to dim, and a feeling of weightlessness overcame him. All conscious thought faded for a moment, and then suddenly his senses and the light returned, and he found himself standing on a woodland road, dressed in simple medieval garbs, brown leather pants, a white cloth shirt, and a blue cloak with a hood fastened around his neck with an odd broach that looked like a celtic knot. In his hands was a staff, made of solid oak and set in its tip, embedded deep was a diamond shaped blue stone.

The sky above him was overcast with clouds, and the road wound through a small wall of trees, through which he could make out the thatched roofs of village houses about 100 yards away. He saw no people, and a light fog seemed to be rolling in through the woods.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Blinking as his eyes finally began to adjust to the light, he noticed his sudden change in surroundings, as well as his attire.
"Woah!? What the hell?!" He was so surprised at the fact it was HIS environment that changed, rather then the screens. Tugging at his cloak first, he wanted to see if it was actually attached to him, rather then it being visual effects. To his surprise it was a solid object! He even began to swing the magic staff around just to feel if there was air resistance in his efforts. Again, he was proven it was true.

For 10 whole minutes he continued testing the simplest of things, from trying to pick up dirt to cracking a wooden branch, to smells of the trees and even checking if gravity still worked the same.

Finally coming to conclusion this was all working, he could only marvel at the advanced technology that he was witnessing. He couldn't see anything but inside the game, but he hoped he could be heard by the developers giving a small shout out.
"You guys... have already leaped so many boundaries in technology! Bill Gates is going to cry on his laptop once you guys release this stuff." Giving a small laugh to himself, he finally got his mind into the game, observing things with a different view now rather then looking for something to critique.

It was unsettling. The haze around him obscuring his vision to only a limited view, seeing what appeared to be buildings in the distance. It reminded him of Fatal Frame. He was actually hesitant to step forward as he was starting to get... scared?
You guys don't know how long I've been looking for a game to actually scare me.
Giving a wide grin, he enthusiastically (but somewhat hesitantly) trudged forward into the forest.
"All right, level 1 here we go!"

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

The minutes passed by as Gordon tested out the game's environment, and so amazed was he by the virtual reality that he failed to noticed the fog growing about him and the sky darkening rapidly.

When at last he set down the road, the mists were as high as his ankles and night was coming on quickly, with whatever sun that had been hiding behind the clouds setting quickly beyond the hidden horizon.

A whisper reached his ears, meaningless yet clear and echoing in his mind. Another and yet another came to him, and he began to see shapes swirling in the gathering mist. Tendrils of fog began to form around his ankles and his movements on the road became sluggish and slowed, as if held by some spell.

A maiden's laughter, ethereal and out of place came from the trees all around him. He was 50 yards now down the path, and could see a small stream that bordered the village cutting its way across his path, with a wide wooden bridge, only several strides long marking the edge of the forest path and the village green beyond.

The small hairs on the back of his neck alerted Gordon to a presence behind him, and slowly turning he saw that behind him was a wall of fog, and a female shape, seemingly formed from the essence of the mist, cloudy and white with gleaming red eyes, stood at the edge of the wall, blending in with it, her form nude in appearance, and her fingers sharp looking and clawed. Her eyes were alive with malice and her wisps of hair fluttered hauntingly in the windless air.

Wordlessly she raised her arm, and tendrils from the fog wall behind her rose up and animated themselves into full view, and moved towards him with speed...

Gordon's choice seemed simple enough: to fight what was before him, or scatter and run in desperation for the village.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Still marveling at his surroundings, his sudden enthusiasm was abruptly disturbed. A voice.. no... laughter. A woman? He had expected such things to be in a horror inspired environment as continued on his way. But then, feeling weight around his ankles and sensing a presence other then his, he stopped dead in his tracks.

Slowly, he turned around to the startling appearance of a woman. His mind totally forgetting this to be just a game, he back stepped away from the spirit in terror. Checking back for an escape, he glanced behind him briefly to notice a bridge being the only thing separating him from the town. But feet felt trapped, like he had been shackled. There wasn't any possible way for him to run now. The ghost also seemed to be closing in on a quick pace, and would most likely catch him as he fled. As he wiped the cold sweat from his brow, he glared back at the woman and planted his feet firm against the floor. But how was he supposed to fight this? Glancing at his staff, he began to realize he probably should of asked for the instruction booklet for the game.
Spells spells.... What spells do I have? How do I tell? What can I do? Would holy powers be it's weakness? Or turn undead?

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

The haunting vision in front of him goes gray for a moment as the game is paused by a moment of broken immersion and words appear before him with a blip.

MAGIC 101
"Greetings PLAYER, EGG game management is experimenting with magic in the game world. There are many types of magical weapons, such as wands, rods, and staves in the game world. So long as you have a magic weapon to 'channel' your magic through, you shall have unlimited attacks. But if you lose your weapon, your magic will begin to decline in effectiveness as it drains your body. Right now you have a Mana stat of 3. This means you have 3 charges of magic in your reserve. Without a magic weapon, you will have to rely on this mana reserve to power your attacks. Once you run out, you can only attack with magic by taking Fatigue Point damage.* Mana Points can grow with experience. Also, you can use Mana Points to cast Magic Spells that you might learn from Spell Books hidden throughout the game world. Magic Spells will have effects that go beyond simple attacks, such as summoning creatures, party support spells, or area affecting abilities.

*Note - in this particular EGG game, Tantric Magic is available if you can find a spell book to teach it to you. Tantric Magic allows you to power your spell attacks by taking an Arousal Point increase. Spells will increase their potency depending on your AP level, but they will also be harder to control."

Your current status:
Fatigue Points 5/5 (When FP reaches zero, you will be knocked out!)
Arousal Points 0/10 (Accumulating AP will cause penalties to be applied to your actions.)
Mana Points 3/3

Your skills: Magic Level 0. (Enables you to use magic weapons, learn spells from spellbooks, and gives you a Mana stat. Can be leveled up with experience.)

----------------

The broken immersion ceases and Gordon is once again faced with the ghostly woman and her wall of fog that seemed to grasp out at him with its tendrils. It seemed he would be able to attack magically with his staff as his channeling weapon, all he'd have to do would be to aim it at his foe.

A ghostly tendril whipped out at him from the fog and barely missed him as he instinctively jumped to the side.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

(XD arousel points!)

As the scene grayed over, confusion had replaced his feeling of fear quite quickly.
........ Arousal Points? AP usually means action points. But that's one hell of a typo! But before he could make fun of anything more, the game quickly reverted back to playing.

"Shoot! Pause buttons don't last long here!" He gasped out, jumping off to the side just in time. But a problem still remained.
I don't have any spells. But no game just sends in a player with nothing to start a horror game.... well actually Clock Tower would be a game that would do that but this is supposed to be an Action RPG right? Think default weapon man, default!

Duh! His staff. He'd usually remember something so simple when playing any game, but this is the first time he'd been approached in actual person. It was still surprising to think the staff in his hand was real. But now wasn't the time for technicalities.
Let's see what this can do.
Pointing his staff out at the ghostly women, he figured he might as well throw in a word from previous games that would work on the undead. Hopefully his staff included one of them. If not, maybe it would just zap the ghost with default attack. He shouted them out quickly.
"Holy! Dia! Turn Undead! Heal! Um.... Cure! Revive!"

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

It seemed that his staff was activated not through any verbal command, but merely concentration and will. The blue jewel glowed at the tip of the staff an in a moment a bolt of blue energy sizzled out of it and hit the ghostly woman in the mists in her stomach.

The mist woman shrieked and doubled over, her laughter halted and the tendrils in the wall of fog behind her seemed to recoil.

Then she raised her head slowly, and her eye glowed crimson, and like a demon roused her hands shot out and the mist tendrils lashed again, and this time they struck him forcefully, wrapping around his body, chilling him to the bone where they touched and ripping with their barbs at his clothes. With a harsh yank, Gordon felt himself being ripped forwards, hurtling towards the mist woman, her arms outstretched and an evil grin spreading across what he saw now to be a fanged maw.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Seeing the bolt of energy surge across the air and into the ghost, he grinned a bit. "Well not what I was thinking but that works too." Giving a small chuckle, he glanced back at the woman who now seethed with hatred. His smile vanished and was quickly replaced by worry.
"Shit! It's not very effective! Haunting, use Shadow Bal- ack!" He wasn't able to make his stupid Pokemon reference before it had entangled him in whatever substance this ghastly thing was made of. And it seemed making fun of a serious situation wasn't working out for him like it usually would.

Just seeing the woman's face, he knew she was meaning only death and pain for him. He had played plenty of horror games before, knowing that ghost were usually the types to kill people the same way they died, and if not that just horrid torture awaited him. At first he began to squirm and struggle, panic overcoming his senses. But it became quickly obvious that wasn't going to work. Maybe... just maybe.

If I get close to her as possible before releasing energy, maybe that will do more damage. Still unsure how the game mechanics worked, he was testing to see if it had properties of the Fatal Frame series. Closer and better picture gave more damage. But this could also mean the same thing for him. A gamble, but not much other choice.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Whether or not his theory was valid was uncertain, but Gordon bid his time and waited for the mist woman to draw him in close, then struck with a sudden motion, gripping his staff and swinging it upwards, letting loose a bolt of energy to strike the creature just as her hands were about to close about him.

She shrieked and hissed backwards, and the tendrils dropped Gordon to the ground, releasing him.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Breaking free he let out a triumphant and enthusiastic "HA!"

Landing upon the ground on hand and knee, he quickly dashed forwards as the woman backed up. He wasn't going to give her a chance to retreat. Catching her off guard was pure luck, but he intended to keep her off guard and keep the battle in his favor. Retreating would only give her a chance to recover, but then again maybe ghosts didn't need to recover. Concentrating on his staff, he goes for jabbing strike at her midsection.

In a flash Gordon charge at the ghost, sending the tip of his staff jabbing into the mist woman's midsection. The woman screamed with a chilling howl of pain, and the staff pierced her body, running her through, yet still she seemed to live, and with a fury she clawed at him, moving towards him along his very own staff, her hands sweeping across his body, drawing a small amount of blood as his shirt was torn exposing his upper body with two claw marks crossing his chest in an X pattern.

Blinking startled, he winced as her claws dug into his flesh. He let out a frustrated grunt,"Pale bitch!" Gritting his teeth he knelt down and again thrusted his staff at an upward angle towards her jawline.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

The staff jutted upwards swiftly and Gordon instinctively made the tip crackle with energy as he sent it directly underneath the ghost woman's jaw. With a final scream, the ectoplasm that kept the female ghost's form together split and untangled into the ether, leaving behind only a natural fog that slowly began to lift.

Gordon sighed, feeling tired but elated at his first victory. Then in the distance he heard more laughter, nearly identical to that of the ghost he just fought, only now it seemed like there were more... many more.

"You have shown that you are brave," came a woman's voice from the mist, "Now show that you are wise. This battle you cannot win, make for the village, cross the bridge and make for the house of the evil eye. Quickly!"

Gordon spun, but he could not locate the source of the voice. The fog, which had been retreating after his victory, stopped an began to surge towards him with renewed vigor.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Panting, he was tired. He never had to really fight for his life before. It was actually quite a rush. Pride swelled up in him. He wouldn't of thought himself to be a great fight for kicking the crap out of a woman, that's just mean. But this thing was a ghostly demon. Form meant nothing. He grunted softly, swiping blood off his chest and wiping his brow of sweat.

But before he could get a breather, a voice resonated through the forest giving him a startled jump. He could barely make out what it said, his fatigue getting in the way of his senses. Hearing something about a building with an evil eye, he glanced back towards the fog to see the voice. Instead, he could feel his teeth chatter at the sound of more demonic laughter as the fog suddenly surged towards him.

"Oh.... crap." He muttered softly, taking a couple steps backwards before turning and sprinting frantically towards the bridge.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

Running for his life, the wounded mage crossed the bridge, looking over his shoulder as he went, only to see the fog and five or six pairs of red, demonic eyes chasing after him, their vague shapes chittering with laughter, cruel and hungry.

He saw many small huts with no signs of life within. There were a few larger buildings, but nothing that suggested anything to do with eyes, evil or not.

The fog seemed to be rolling into the village from every side, and he noticed more red eyes ahead of him. It seemed as though he would be surrounded on every side.

Suddenly he felt a pair of hands grab him and pull him to the side. "This way!" said a young woman's voice, and through the thick fog he could make out her long pink hair flowing behind her as she led him through the village.

Clawed, ghostly hands swept at them, and soon it was almost impossible to see where he was going. Finally he reached a door where the mist seemed to be not so thick and he saw hanging above the archway a chain and at its end was a cerulean blue disc with a white ring and a black center forming the shape of an unblinking eye.

"In here, quickly!"

She opened the door and dragged him in, slamming the door behind her and barring it with a wooden board.

Inside the cluttered space was a fireplace burning bright, and set before it were two large lounge chairs, one of which was occupied by a mature woman with purple hair who must have been once very beautiful, for even though she was older than him by at least a decade, she retained a delicate and sexy figure. But something was odd about the woman, and he realized after a more intense study that her eyes were clouded over, showing no pupils and only the bare blue-gray remnants of her irises. She must be blind.

Behind him, the pink haired girl had finished securing the door and sighed in relief.

"Put on the tea, won't you Alicia?" the older woman said. "This one and I have much to discuss... come closer young man. Let me have a good look at you. Sit."

Gordon felt oddly compelled by the woman's voice, and the pink haired girl - Alicia - hurried off to fix tea as if the previous minute's harrowing flight had not even occurred.

Re: Gordon (Sponge)

He ran, the only thing that was going through his mind was the instinct to run. His spirit of victory was instantly dwarfed as the desperate situation continued. He always enjoyed horror games, but partially because in real life he knew he was safe. But this wasn't illusion, but was actually happening to him.

Turning a corner, he almost ran directly into a wall of fog. Only by stumbling down onto the floor was he able to stop himself. Panic stricken he scrambled up from the floor kicking dirt as he regained his footing and ran the opposite direction.

Again, turning another corner he was blocked. "Oh hell... it's everywhere!" Back stepping he started to head the other direction, but upon turning around he was already confronted with more of the ghastly stuff. Surrounded, his heart pounded in his chest with fear. He was about to sit down and give up, until he heard a voice through the fog and was suddenly tugged into a different direction. The claws and fingers of the dead could be felt on the back of his neck as he barely escaped following this unknown person......

Eventually he found himself in some sort of sanctuary, his breath finally began to ease and relax. He was now in a safe place and was able to finally recollect himself. Glancing around, he noticed two persons. Two woman, a pink haired girl he was certain was the one that rescued him, and older woman with purple hair. Sitting back against the wall he closed his eyes tiredly, the older woman ordered him to come closer. Coughing from being out of breath, he scooted hesitantly closer.
"I uh.... thanks. Thank you. It's ok, I'm only tired." The woman's eyes suggested she was blind, so he wasn't exactly sure how she was supposed to get a good look at him in the first place. Lowering his staff on the floor he took off his shirt, the tatters becoming rather annoying and exposing his wound to the cold air.
