Guessing you pirated it, because you can't, at least not in version 1.
Edit: Use the cheat menu plugin, and kill her with that. She's the only broken boss.

First boss is broken, accidentally buffed her level I guess. Use the cheat menu plugin to kill her, she's the only bugged one.
 
You can also transfer your save, to the demo nearly oneshot her. If you've been doing just a little grinding. Transfer save back to the actual game. And be on your merry way :)

$20 is the price of the Japanese version which was released three days ago.
And this version has a redrawn uncensor art made for it, along with all the Steam features such as Steam Achievements and Cloud Saving.

So, the Steam version is exactly like the Japanese dlsite version, but with uncensored art? I thought Stream prohibited nudity though?

Do you mean Cheat Engine, or another program? Cheat engine doesn't seem to work with this.
