Try reinstall and restarting your pc? don't forget japanese applocale.

Also, Try running game.exe from game directory. h-games sometimes don't work well if executed from desktop.

If you upload it I can try it and see if I also crash.

It could be a DEP (data execution prevention) issue as well. That thing always gets in my way...

From my experience I'd guess that even if you use Applocale to play, you probably forgot using it to unrar the files. Thus the file names became corrupted and the game crashed.

One thing to take into consideration. If you have windows 7, there are games that won't run on the desktop, so just move the game folder into the C: drive (doesn't matter which directory).

I use win7 ultimate 64bit. And I set my notebook with non-Unicode in Japanese. It always run a game from dlsite excellent without using Applocale or NTLEA.

I don't know what I have missing some program to play it?

This game needs .NET Framework 3.5, you need to install it first in order to play.

.NET 3.5 should come with all windows including and after XP.

The problem, i think, may have been caused by the VSFilter.dll (the one responsible for subtitles). You need to disable/rename in order to play the game. I managed to play mine by renaming it to _VSFilter.dll. You will lose subtitles in your videos if you do this. Just rename it back to VSFilter.dll to reenable the subtitles.

I use CCCP, so my VSFilter.dll is located there. If you have other programs that uses VSFilter.dll you may have to rename them as well. Kinda tedious tbh.
