Help me find this H Game

On a channel called "Ryonaming" on youtube there was a game showcased, it was a platformer, the heroine had white hair, a blue upper tunic, and white skirt. It was a simple game with simple platforming and combat.
I only really remember a grass level, it also used a stock soundtrack that many games during this period used.

If I'm correct the game STARTED with an E.
It was 2013, or prior. Given the quality of the game I would wager it was 2008-2009ish.

Edit: I also remember the first stage being outside, blue sky, and green grass. It was near MS Pain tier of art, aside from the main character being a bit more professionally drawn. Basic animations
